We are CatLab, a research group from University of Helsinki focusing on catalysis and green chemistry. As a part of the Synthesis and analysis research programme, our facilities are located in the Department of Chemistry, at the Kumpula Campus.

NordCO2

We are a part of the Nordic Consortium for CO2 Conversion (NordCO2), a network for Nordic researchers working on chemical CO2 conversion in the Nordic countries. In December 2017 NordForsk granted the center funding through the Nordic University Hub call.

International Day of Women and Girls in Science

CatLabs PhD student Liselotte Karulf was 1 out of 6 that was featured on Freeda Medias Instagram for International Day of Women and Girls in Science. Freed has more than 2.9 million followers divided on their three profiles. Freeda is originally Italian and is also published in Spanish and English.
