Helsinki Institute of Life Science
Cognitive Brain Laboratory (CoBra) brings together a plethora of interlinked and complementary methods for investigating a wide range of human cognitive brain function and its deficits: magnetoencephalography (MEG), electroencephalography (EEG), navigated transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and near-infrared spectroscopic imaging (NIRSI) coupled with a wide range of devices to combine brain function with behavior. CoBra is hosted by experts of the human mind, brain diseases, learning, communication, development, and engineering, promoting its professional implementation and nation-wide use as well as providing a platform for its continuous interdisciplinary development.
