Counselling psychologists provide assistance to the University’s undergraduate students in study-related matters. They offer individual and group guidance and counselling to students regarding issues such as academic skills, motivation, time management, coping, anxiety and thesis writing.

HowULearn

The HowULearn survey supports students’ active engagement in their studies.

The HowULearn survey provides students with information and feedback in support of learning at the University. The survey also collects student responses to help plan and develop the University’s teaching.

Students are asked to take the survey three times as part of their bachelor’s studies and once as part of their master’s studies. Degree programmes decide on the exact times..

Community centre

The comfortable and versatile facilities of the Viikki community centre provide the opportunity to play ball sports, go to the gym and exercise together under the direction of professionals. Shared exercise slots are available to students.
