Dr Riikka Hohti works at the University of Helsinki leading her postdoctoral project on child-animal relations and more-than-human education. Her research is situated in the intersections of childhood studies, human-animal studies and education, and she has published on multispecies care relations, digitality, temporality, and the Anthropocene. In connection with these topics, she has developed critical, feminist posthumanist and new materialist, and post-qualitative methodological approaches. She is Docent in the field of Childhood studies in the University of Tampere.
