We are now looking for a Trainee, Services for international degree students, International exchange services and education cooperation

Your main tasks as a trainee include producing newsletters for new international students, creating content for social media, helping out with the preparations of events for international students and creating online surveys to collect student feedback. These tasks, and possible other tasks in student administration, can be assigned to you according to your interest. You will be working on the center campus/from distance, depending on the corona situation.

We offer you an insight into the student services for international degree students, as well as university administration as a whole. Furthermore we offer a friendly community of dedicated specialists who are willing to share from their experience.

We expect you to have excellent skills in spoken and written English. You have good digital skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office. Your team working skills are good and you have a pro-active and independent attitude. You are precise and flexible. Knowledge of basic Finnish and previous experience in writing newsletters and organizing events is an asset.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2021 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
