RAFM and driftsel

RAFM

RAFM is an R package that fits an admixture F model to neutral genetic data.

The admixture F models is based on random drift in the allele frequencies of neutral DNA. In place of a single FST value, RAFM calculates a unique coancestry coefficient for each pair of populations.

driftsel

The name driftsel stands for drift and selection. driftsel is an R package for Bayesian evolutionary quantitative genetics. Specifically, driftsel can be used to perform neutrality tests, i.e. to detect signals of natural selection in quantitative traits.
