George Augustine

We are actively collaborating with Augustine Lab on high-speed functional mapping of neurons. Augustine acted as a host for Elena de Miguel on her working visit to Singapore in 2016, and for Elina Nagaeva on her visit in Spring 2018.

Jens Hjerling-Leffler

Associate Professor and Group Leader, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm

Collaborating on the patch-seq method and sample sequencing, Hjerling-Leffler Lab has shortly hosted Nagaeva for a couple of visits in Stockholm in order to help us set up the patch-seq method.

Petri Hyytiä

University researcher, Department of Pharmacology, University of Helsinki 

Expert on animal models of addiction, Hyytiä and his lab have collaborated with Korpi lab already for several years.

Teemu Aitta-aho

University lecturer, Department of Pharmacology, University of Helsinki

An alumnus of the Korpi lab, Aitta-aho and his lab are a close collaborator, especially in behavioural neuroscience and optogenetic and chemogenetic techniques. 

Eero Castrén

Academy professor, Neuroscience Center, HiLIFE, University of Helsinki

We are collaborating with professor Eero Castrén and his research group in questions related to neuroplasticity, its molecular biology and induction by different kinds of drugs.
