Sirpa, Annika, Susa, Leo and Marjukka participated in the 60th Annual American Society for Hematology (ASH) meeting in San Diego December 1-4, 2018. The ASH Annual Meeting is the world’s most comprehensive hematology event gathering together over 25 000 participants from all around the world. Leo presented a poster “Clinical and Biological Features behind Hallmark Aberrations in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma”, which summarizes a study investigating translocations and protein expression of the hallmark DLBCL genes BCL2, BCL6 and MYC. In addition, Sirpa had a poster presentation from a study investigating the efficacy of dose-dense chemoimmunotherapy and systemic CNS prophylaxis in two Nordic trials including patients less than 65 years with high-risk DLBCL.
