. It contains mainly video materials concerning pedagogical practices and aims of using ICT. This area focuses on ways to build courses and classes, to combine technology, pedagogy and content taught, also the assessment will be in important role. In addition to these, there are short and concrete videos about how to use different technologies. These resources will be placed within the cloud services built in Activity 1. The contents produced will be used for developing teacher education and also for in-service training and as a self-study material for anybody interested in the topic. The pedagogical practices outlined within the manual provide a basis for other activities within this project. The support will be designed and produced based on local Palestinian needs. Within the UEF there are good experiences of similar ideas with a manual for flipped learning pedagogy. This manual has been actively used for various purposes for developing higher education pedagogy.
