We are looking for a TRAINEE TO HR SERVICES

Your tasks consist of supporting activities for the internationalization of University Services.
You will be part of a project were we are developing and implementing internationalization measures in the University Services, which is one of the University’s units providing administrative service for whole university. You also have duties related to the HEILIFE project, which focuses on supporting the integration of international academics and their families living and working in Finland. In this project, you will assist in communication and marketing as well as with organizing events: You will also be involved in other activities related to international HR matters such as supporting our UniBuddy Programme.

We will offer you an opportunity to learn about the University HR functions and especially about international HR matters. Your duties are divided between two teams: the University Service HR team and the Employer Branding and Recruitment team.

We expect you to have an interest in and the willingness to learn more about HR matters, especially international HR functions. We hope you have a development orientated mindset and the ability work independently. We expect you to have excellent oral and written communication skills and capability to produce written material for various channels.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2021 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
