The Climate-Friendly Veggie Food Campaign of the project has published a recipe bank that contains 30 climate-sustainable vegan main course recipes for food service. Recipes make it easier for food services to provide delicious and nutritionally balanced vegan food in their restaurants. Together with the Vegan Challenge, the campaign encourages customers to challenge their food services to provide climate-friendly vegan meals. The challenge materials (in Finnish) can be downloaded from the campaign website. Support your school, your workplace, or even a hospital restaurant on the move and give them tips on climate-friendly recipes!
