Professor Raitio speaks to Finnish National Committee of International Academy of Comparative Law
On Tuesday 30 March, Professor Juha Raitio gave a talk to the Finnish National Committee of International Academy of Comparative Law about the role of comparative law in EU law as part of the National Committee's yearly meeting.
The talk addressed the topics of European values and mutual trust and the implications of failures in those fields through looking at examples from the UK and Poland as well as the Art 4(2) TEU related national identity case law from the Court of Justice.
