The project is called ” Erikoisruokavalioon soveltuvien kauralajikkeiden tunnistaminen ja kauran gluteenianalytiikan parantaminen – työkaluja puhdaskauratuotantoon”. This project is between LUKE, University of Tampere and us. Main company players in gluten-free oat and oat food production are involved in the project as well. The closest supervisors for the PhD are Docent Tuula Sontag-Strohm and Post Doctoral Researcher Xin Huang.
