Mika has been part of the dynamic meteorology group since starting as a summer student in 2014. Mika completed his masters degree in 2015 and will soon defend his PhD thesis “Diagnostic studies of extra-tropical cyclones in the present and warmer climate”. In his new job Mika will be working on topics related to climate change and extreme weather such as wind storms in Finland. We wish Mika all the best in his new job and hope we get the chance to collaborate with Mika in the near future.
