  • As a rule, we kindly ask owners to wait outside when their pet is being treated.
  • When the animal is being discharged, the veterinary surgeon will call the owner to review the situation and agree on a treatment plan.A veterinary nurse or student will deliver the pet back to its owner either outside, or if there are no other people present, in the hospital lobby.
  • At the end of your visit, please settle your payment of the fee at the Patient Office.
