This one-day symposium explored questions around the chunking process in online language comprehension from cognitive, psycholinguistic and applied linguistic perspectives. After an inspiring invited talk by Susan Hunston, we heard talks from Lars Meyer, Georgeta Cislaru, Birgit Füreder, Svenja Wagner, Sijing Fu, Katja Mäntylä and Joo Hyun Lee.
