The book pick-up area is limited to the entrance floor of the Kaisa House (3rd floor) in the self-service pick-up area. The rest of the Kaisa House is closed.
Students and UH Staff can make reservations for books on loan in Helka by logging in in the customer information.
Additionally students and staff members can also request material for books on the shelf from 18 March onwards. The instructions will updated on the library website.
Books on loan can be renewed even when the maximum number of renewals has been reached, unless there are reservations by other users.
The books can be returned to the Kaisa House and Kumpula and Viikki Campus Libraries through over-night return machine or locker.
