Circulation is the flagship journal of the American Heart Association (AHA). We received the 2015 prize in the category "Basic Science" for our recent publication CCBE1 Enhances Lymphangiogenesis via A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease With Thrombospondin Motifs-3–Mediated Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-C Activation. Because of this publication, Kari Alitalo and myself were also featured in the Open Heart blog of the journal.
