Are you a law student interested in the overlap of law and technology? Are you looking for a way to show your interest and participate in research?
The Legal Tech Lab has a volunteer program for law students. Our program is suited for those interested in the changing legal landscape surrounding new application of technology. We offer students a place to hone their academic skills, learn about the world of law and tech, and take part in academic legal reseach!
The Lab is currently looking for new volunteers for the academic year 2021–2022! Participating in the volunteer program earns students 5 course credits. The volunteer work consists of information retrieval and independent research on a specified topics. This years topics will be related to the theme of law and design. Previous topics have included, among others, automated decision-making in public governance and content moderation in platform governance.
