Teaching and studying

INAR has international master (ATM MP) and doctoral (ATM DP) programmes in Atmospheric Sciences, and it also contributes to teaching in all involved disciplines including physics, meteorology, forest sciences, chemistry, geosciences and environmental sciences in the University of Helsinki.

The aim is to educate the next generation of top-level scientists and experts with all the necessary multidisciplinary skills to tackle the future challenges of climate change, air quality matters and environmental technologies. The interdisciplinary education will enable the experts to serve at different challenging positions in society and industry.

The master and doctoral training of INAR is organized through master and doctoral programs. Education is multidisciplinary offering study lines and research themes from different disciplines.
