We are excited to welcome also students to voice their opinions on the conference topic. The selected students will have a chance to present their research in a Student Panel during the conference and have their work published through the Lab’s networks. The selected students are also awarded with a money prize of EUR 500.

You don’t have to have prior publications or be a bestselling author to apply for the Student Panel. We are looking for curious and enthusiast students, who are willing to present their work for the prestigious conference participants. The applicants may consider essays they have written during research seminars or in a thesis programme as a basis for their submission. Proposals must be related to law and technology or digitalization of legal services and may belong to any field of law. At the time of application, the students don't need to have finalised their paper yet, but the submission of an abstract is sufficient. The Lab provides the selected students support in planning their presentation and the final publication.
To apply for the Student Panel, send your abstract (a short summary of maximum of 500 words) to info@legaltechcon.fi on or before 29 April 2018 at 12 pm. We prefer submissions in English but you may also submit your abstract in Finnish.
