To register for the conference and to make an accommodation reservation, please complete the on-line registration form. Registration opens at 30th of January 2019.
Abstract submission
Abstract submission opens at 30th of January and will continue till the 20th of May.
Accommodation
The conference organizers have booked room quotas from few hotels nearby the venue. We have also booked rooms for the congress participants in the Domus Academica summer hotel (Both Helsinki) located nearby Hietaniemi seaside and Kamppi shopping centrum. This is an economical and convenient place to stay and, therefore, warmly recommended.
Conference venue
The conference venue is in the heart of downtown Helsinki in the University of Helsinki city centre campus. Building: Porthania, address: Yliopistonkatu 3.
Social program
We will organize city tour (by foot) through Helsinki. The tour will start and finish at Senaatintori, a plaza near the conference venue. The guided tour will take approximately 2 hours and is 9€ for first 100 person.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner is held in the Saaristo restaurant on Wednesday June 19th. The restaurant is located on the Klippan island in front of South Harbour. A boat transportation is arranged for conference participants. Dresscode: Smart casual.
