Review criteria EARLI SIG1

All contributions are subject to double blind peer review based on the quality of the research that is being presented.

The criteria for a paper, symposium and poster are:

  • Overall quality and scientific originality
  • Significance for theory, practice and policy
  • Theoretical framework
  • Research method and design
  • Relevance to the domain of Assessment and Evaluation
  • Clarity of (preliminary) results, discussion and conclusions

The criteria for a roundtable and workshop/demonstration are:

  • Overall quality and scientific originality
  • Significance for theory, practice and policy
  • Relevance to the domain of Assessment and Evaluation
  • Clarity of the theme to be discussed
  • For workshop/demonstration also the “proposed interactivity”
